For the past year Walgreens had been trying to negotiate with Express Scripts for a new contract. These negotiations were failed, and the contract expired on December 31, 2011. The result is that a lot of pharmacy patients are being forced to go elsewhere to use their in-network benefits, and it seems that this is completely unnecessary. In other words, these patients are experiencing a significant disruption with no significant benefits.

Express Scripts wanted to increase your pharmaceutical rates at the Walgreens pharmacy. They also wanted the option to decide which medicine will be generic or not. Walgreens was fighting on the side of the Military trying to keep rates the same. Walgreens is doing what it can to help. They are offering a special discount on annual membership for the Walgreens Prescription Savings Club. An individual can join during a special January promotion for only $5, or $10 for a family membership, and receive savings on more than 8,000 brand name and all generic medications. More than 400 generics are available with a three-month supply for less than $1 a week. Regular annual membership is $20 for an individual and $35 for a family. This will allow members like the military to save money.

People say this is a heavy phone but I didn’t notice that. I compared it to 4 other phones at the store (Sidekick, Mytouch slide 4g, HTC Amaze and BlackBerry Torch) and this is very comparable to those. I like the overall finish and looks of this phone!

to forgive is to forget

I heard it in the lyrics of the song of our neighbors. It says "to forgive is to forget".

I must say that this should be true. When we have a fight with someone, if we forgive them, we should forget what happened and move on. But I see a lot of people saying they have forgiven but they will never forget what person did to them.

Honestly, in my case, I usually forgive someone because I have forgotten what he/she has done. Give me a few hours and I can't even tell the story anymore as I have forgotten it. Of course, it is not complete forgetting. But my anger is gone.

I think it is necessary that once we say we forgive someone genuinely, we must forget what happened. Because keeping it in our mind will only bring the pain back and make us mad. Also, when another argument arises, we may bring that issue back and make deeper wounds in that person's heart and our own heart.

I dont think happiness is to be found in the endless pursuit of love or large amount of money. I think life is best lived if we have our family, good friends, relatives and good people loving us, and with enough money to live simply and stable. It also good to have a good marriage life. For me both are important, but love is more important over money.

Leave in for 1-2 minutes.
Use fingertips or a brush to distribute product evenly
If clogging occurs, remove nozzle and rinse the nozzle under warm water, then reattach.

Anyone else loves to hike?

This has got to be my favorite time of year. The leaves are changing colors and the air is cool and crisp. It is for us the perfect hiking weather and we have been taking advantage of it every chance we get. We have children right now so have not taken any serious hikes through the mountains but we do day trips that bring us to some lovely spots.

The last long-ish one we took was at the Grand Canyon last December and before that was at Yosemite the previous June. But were talking one mile each way type stuff, not all day hikes or anything.

Anyone else love to hike and where do you like to go?

When Should Two Brothers Stop Taking Bath Time Together

When is the best age(s) to stop letting your kids take a bath together?

Now right now I'm talking about the same sex of course. When I was little I and my sisters used to take a bath together. My sister even took baths with my cousins at my grandmother’s house. We were all girls. All six of us.

Right now, I have 2 boys. They've been taking baths together since my youngest could stand on his own without falling too much. Right now they're 8 & 6 (turning 7 in a few weeks). They still take baths together. In my part it's more to conserve on water. They've taken baths on their own once in a while when one wants to take a bath and the other doesn't want to at that time. But for the most part, about 80% of the time they take baths together.

My oldest boy is getting older and I don't know when I should start making him take a bath on his own. Should I wait until he tells me himself? My bathtub isn't that big, pretty small actually. When they start to fight in the tub of course I threaten but they like playing together, they're kids.

But some persons forget about this relationship due to their heavy work load, but we must give importance to our family members even in our busy schedule. Now a days both of the parents are going to job to maintain their family and don't have enough time to spend with their spouse as well as kids, mostly they spend their time with other family members on week end and holiday. A friend of mine recently taking 2 jobs. One day time full - time job, and the second is night time part time job. So, normally, he has to work at least 12 hours a day. He only have half day off during the weekend, and all other time he has to be at work. Sometimes, I call him to hang out with us, he just couldn't spare an hour or two. Well, he just working too hard, and spend most of time at both works. I hope that he can save enough money sooner, and we can hangout again in our spare time.

I saw it on t.v. and i got so curious how it taste. I love pizza and I mean all of it! My favorite is a thin crust pizza and a double decker. But lately, I got so hooked up with Pizza Hut's Lasagna Pizza. I just love it! It taste so good. It has pasta, beef, cheese, and tomato sauce and other flavorings. I got no choice, my alarm clock keep on ringing, and ringing. I couldn't stand it anymore, and I have to get up and shut it off. Oh my gosh, it is 6 p.m. in the morning, and it is still freezing cold. In my mind I knew that I have to work today, and I must dress up right now. I try, but I am still having my sleepy head. One of my favorite story as a child was Alice In Wonderland. I have seen different movie version of this film and certainly love all of it. It has been a long time since its last film hit the big screen. And now I was amazed and so thrilled of knowing that a full 3RD of this film will finally release next year on theaters worldwide. With the creative mind of Tim Burton, who made a huge mark on film industry with his great films such as Edward Scissor Hands, Nightmare Before Christmas, Sleepy Hallow and Batman. He directed again a film that for sure will give a twist and new flavor to my beloved book story. Making him one of my favorite movie directors of all time. I saw it's trailer and no wonder why Johnny Depp was on it for he became his favorite. I'm looking forward to see this film. Can't wait for it. Need to hit the cinema and check it on 2010!

The question hit me last night when I was taking a shower. In the first place, I thought rich people are sure to have fewer worries. For example, they can buy almost everything they want because they don't have to worry about money. They can afford everything some even can travel to the outer space!They use money in good or bad ways,all making lives better themselves. Their lives seem happier.

But on a second thought, I find they may have problems too. I think most rich people are worried about the safety of their properties, and they are always thinking about how to increase what they already have. It may be hard for them to enjoy the gladness when they get what they want without hard work. They may be suspicious of others' affection, worrying that people who show affection towards them might not be out of sincerity but just because they are rich. Its pretty sad. Since I'm not rich,I don't actually know how rich people think. So i don't know whether they have more worries or not. Are you rich? Now I'm already old enough to manage my sleeping pattern due to work and other responsibility I guess I need to sleep early and when I do that I can get up early too. I'm happy to have it cause I have enough time to prepare my breakfast and other stuffs before heading to work unlike if I go to sleep late I feel not comfortable when waking up its just I feel something lack in my bed and my bed calls me for more sleep.

I read a news few days back in my country that a two year old baby was raped by two men. One of them was 15 yrs old! I was shocked and hurt. It was just a small baby that these guys raped and not a grown up who could understand what was going on. A friend of my husband (his ex actually) is in a very violent relationship. We live in the same state but maybe 2 hours away from each other. For the past few years she's been saying that her husband has been getting more and more violent towards her. They have 2 children together and she thinks one may be autistic. They've broken up before but of course she took him back.

She tells my husband they fight over the smallest things, mostly because of food. he doesn't like the way she cooks. the last incident she told me of was when she was fixing him lunch he got angry and pushed her up against the wall when she tried to leave and told her that if she calls the cops that he'll beat the living daylights out of her.

She doesn't have any more friends close to her anymore because her husband scared them all away, and even when her neighbor tried to call the cops he tried to go after her. She pretty much feels alone.

She's called the hotlines for domestic violence and is talking to them trying to find out what to do. The shelters are all full and she's been put on a waiting list for about 3 months. I can't even talk to her (phone or online) when her husband is home because he gets upset if he thinks she even has friends to talk to. He's also cheated on her and my husband feels he's still fooling around but wants her to stay with him.

She wants to get out, but of course is scared to move her children and she doesn't know where to go. My family is in a 1 bedroom apartment, but we offered to go and get her and her children but I suggested she go to the courthouse first to get custody of the children before leaving the county & city so her husband doesn't file kidnapping charges.

What else can she do and what can me and my husband do to help her?
I'm at a loss and since I'm not there I can't force her to leave him. If I was there I'd probably beat him if I could. I'm scared one day he'll go too far and seriously hurt her so I want her out of there. She's a stay-at-home mom with no income other then from her husband so she doesn't have an income of her own. She has no family anywhere near her either and none willing to help as well.

There were rumors say that our economy on the progress of recovery. I didn't see the sign, and I didn't notice about it anything like recovering. Instead, I heard so many horrible news lately. Yesterday, on the radio, Home Depot might laid off 1,000 employees due to closing of its many stores. SAM's club too, will be dismiss 11,000 employees, because of lack of business since the recession hit the market. Blockbuster losing market to netflix and redbox. Starbucks will also closing 200 stores nationwide. With all these horrible news, it just make all of us worry.

I visit Silver Dollar City when I can't afford the time or the travel to bigger tourist destinations. When I was a kid, I often awake with nightmares. My nightmares always involve Aliens, Bigfoot, Alligators, Bees, Drowning in Milk. I hate those ones where you can't run or scream. Then the monster gets you.

But as I grow older, I rarely visited with nightmares. Some people said that the causes of nightmare for adults are the following; taking a late night snack,(it increase metabolism and signal the brain to be more active)taking anti-depressants,pain killers, anxiety and depression.

After the big storm hit the Philippines I saw a huge traces of the destruction it left. So sad that most of the crop, trees and roads have been destroyed. Many families are living on a shelter far from home, a large number of houses, establishment, cars and other properties have been destroyed. More over there are lives that have been lost during this calamity. I was focusing on people and nature most of the time in cases like this. And I wonder how many animals and pets died and suffer with this event. I saw some animals died on the road, the news flashes some abandoned pets and most of them are being rescued from the flood. So sad that aside from humans, many of this animals also died.

Some of reality shows are awesome and it won't hurt to watch some of it.

I used to hate reality shows. I really do hated some of it until now. But recently, I got hooked with MTV's "16 and Pregnant" and "Taking the Stage". Both are great reality shows to watch. "Taking the Stage" is all about dreams and the reality of reaching it. The show revolves around teens who fight to achieve what they want in life and all of them are great talents and has the passion for art, music and entertainment. While "16 and Pregnant" tells about the stories and life of young teens who got pregnant so early. It teaches many lesson especially for young ones whose facing this type of situation. As a whole, some of reality shows are awesome and it won't hurt to watch some of it.

I admit that I was super excited to see this because the COMMERCIALS made it look SO GOOD! But it turns out that I was slightly disappointed (as well as CONFUSED!) in the end. I thought the ending was a bit of a cop-out. The storyline was just that this couple (Tina Fey/Steve Carrell) got confused for this other couple (by stealing their dinner reservations) and wound up in all this trouble with two gangsters (who were cops?) and went on this big wild goose chase to get to the bottom of it.

I enjoyed Mark Wahlberg's shirtless presence, as well as some quips from Tina Fey & Steve Carrell (they seemed to be a pretty good "couple" and had some funny back-and-forths) but besides that I was honestly a little disappointed that I paid $10 to see it in theater. I'm thinking, I probably should've waited for it to come out on RedBox!

While IMDB gave it a 7/10 rating, what would you give it? Do you agree with me or disagree? What were your feelings toward the movie

My daughter is a big Wiggles fan. She has seen a lot of their videos and has a few cds. We have a few wiggles toys, they are a little harder to find. Although through the magic of craigslist I have found a few lovely items. We have 2 wiggles guitars a captain feather sword hat and sword and a keyboard thing. I just got her some view master reels for Christmas. I like them because she likes them; she can sing to their music and has learned the dance to a few of them. They make her happy a lot of the time and we even have a cd in the car for her to listen to. I can hear her sing along in the backseat. Just too cute! Yes I have gone overboard on wiggles items but I figure she will out grow them way too soon so might as well enjoy it now. Do you children like the Wiggles have you even hear of them? If you have done you wake up with Wiggles songs stuck in your head. Nothing like humming rock-a-bye your bear first thing in the morning.

What is it about her that makes her so insanely popular and hugely successful? While I understand that she's pretty and is a pretty good actress, it's amazing to think that she's one of the most in-high-demand and popular American actresses.. ever. She manages to score a TON of big-screen main roles, has snagged advertising campaigns (like being the spokesperson/endorser of Smart Water), and being all over the tabloids.

But, I think it was just the stars aligning and Friends being what it was that launched her career to the point that it is now...you could argue that the whole Brad Pitt thing actually helped her career, because she was seen, appropriately or not, as the victim in that scenario, and often outside media attention does translate into box office sales. It can hurt if the media message is a negative one--as Tom Cruise found out when War of the Worlds didn't do nearly as well as was expected after he spent the summer verbally attacking people and jumping on furniture.

Okay, I've been going on a little bit of a movie bonanza (?) lately. Drowning out my sorrows via hollywood movies, if you will. This discussion is about "the Bounty Hunter" with Gerard Butler and Jennifer Aniston, which came out recently in theaters. Has anyone else seen this?

I thought it was cute and actually liked it.. I loved Jennifer Aniston's outfits! (On a side note) and Gerard Butler is a total hunk! As far as the storyline..It was OK. Although is it just me, or do Jen and Gerard have literally no on-screen chemistry? Maybe I'm crazy.

What were your thoughts on this movie?
