PopStation Contest

I love to sing. I’m constantly learning new things about my voice. I really want to go for a Taylor Swift kind of style; I think it would suit me. I barely have time to practice since I live with my mom and dad and two sisters with barely any privacy, but I think practicing in the room helps.

So here's how it works. Go to the site and registered for a free account. At this point, you need to pick a song, and new ones are available in the practice rooms for only two weeks, once you're in the practice room, you will do what you do best and that's practice. You will be provided with lyric sheets, backing tracks, videos and song demos; however it's up to you to create your own style. Once you're ready to record, you'll have to download the song on your computer somewhere that you can find it. You'll also need to download the PopStation software to make all of this possible. Once this is in place, practice and records your song. Upload the song to the website and enter into a contest of your choice.

Now all you have to do is promote your song… let your friends, family and the people know about it so you can get more votes and more chances of getting your song to the Top of the Charts and become # 1. The #1 artist will be chosen every three months to win “The Big Deal” and “The Artist Formerly Known as You.” Talented winners will be allowed to choose an additional guest and will enjoy an all expenses paid, three night stay in New York City “ridiculously hip” hotel. A luxury car will whisk the winner away to a professional recording studio for two days of recording their very own album. Music will be recorded with the assistance of a professional production team.
